maybe it's because i just got back from mexico, but i really LOVE avocados... i've been eating them a lot lately. it's been so hot out, so as a quick dinner or lunch i just smush some avocado in a tortilla with some fresh red pepper, sprouts and a bit of fresh salsa. it's the most refreshing thing ever!
what's your favourite way to eat an avocado? my good friend shriya told me her favourite way is to put some soy sauce, salt and pepper and eat it with a spoon. sounds strange, but i'm willing to give it a try!
